Can I place an order over the phone?Unfortunately, not, the order can only be placed via our online shop.

No, the order cannot be changed once it has been placed. It can only be cancelled as long as it has not left our warehouse.

Please select a shipping service provider of your choice. Please do not send us any parcels that are not prepaid, these will not be accepted by our staff.

Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. After that, the repayment is commissioned. I have received a defective item.

We are very sorry that you received a defective or damaged item from us. Of course, you can return the item within the warranty period. Please send us two or three photos of the damaged article with the following information: Invoice number - Item description and, if applicable, the item number - Short description of the fault.
