Reinforced frames an d temples are injection molded from TR90NZZ thermoplastic and anatomically shaped for improved comfo rt during everyday usage. The utilized material makes them lightweight yet exceptionally durable. Ad ditional rubber elements on the nose and temple sections substantially increase the wearing comfort.
The lenses are extruded, cut, and heat formed from shatterproof polycarbonate. The glasses are t hen polarized and layered in a scratch-resistant and anti-reflection hard coating for increased resi stance to grazing and surface damage. Additional oleophobic treatment guarantees liquid and chemical protection. While the lenses are not Z87.1-rated due to their wrap and shape, they are still manufa ctured from the same shatterproof polycarbonate. They provide 100% UVA and UVB protection with disto rtionless clarity. The bronze-tinted lens grant optimal light transmission, absorbs colors equally f or proper hue perception and nullifies reflections.
